Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s highly anticipated rural action drama Peddi, directed by Buchi Babu Sana is now in production stage. Venkata Satish Kilaru under Vriddhi Cinemas is producing the biggie, while it is presented by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings prestigiously.
The team is now gearing up for its next shooting schedule, which starts tomorrow in Pune. A spectacular song featuring Ram Charan and the film’s leading lady Janhvi Kapoor will be canned during this schedule. Composed by Academy Award-winning maestro AR Rahman, the track promises to be a soulful melody.
Famous choreographer Jani Master is crafting the moves, and the song is set to be a visual spectacle, highlighting the vibrant chemistry between the lead pair, along with eye-catching dance moves. The post-production work is also happening simultaneously, and the team is working relentlessly to keep the project on track as per schedule.
Peddi will hit the screens on Ram Charan’s birthday i.e., March 27, 2026 as announced earlier. The star performer has undergone a complete transformation for his role. Kannada superstar Shiva Rajkumar plays a powerful role.
Jagapathi Babu and Divyendu Sharma will be seen in other key roles. R Rathnavelu is handling cinematography, while National Award-winning editor Navin Nooli takes charge of the edit.
