Jana Nayagan is rumored to be an official remake of Tollywood star Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Bhagavanth Kesari. As per the latest buzz in the Tamil film circles, close to 60 percent of the scenes in Jana Nayagan have been adapted from Bhagavanth Kesari. Furthermore, Vijay’s name in Jana Nayagan is said to be Thalapathy Vetri Kondan, which is strikingly similar to Balakrishna’s name in Bhagavanth Kesari, ‘Nelakonda Bhagavanth Kesari.’
Apparently, director H Vinoth has loaded many scenes in Jana Nayagan with elements that will leave Thalapathy fans thrilled. The film is being made as an out-and-out mass and family entertainer. Also starring Pooja Hegde and Mamitha Baiju in lead roles, Jana Nayagan is produced under the KVN Productions banner. Anirudh Ravichander is the film’s music composer.
