Coolie, headlined by Superstar Rajinikanth, is without a doubt the most anticipated Tamil film of the year. Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, the movie is set for a grand release on August 14, 2025, clashing with the Bollywood biggie War 2. The first single, Chikitu, which was unveiled recently, received a good response.
The makers are now gearing up to launch the second track, which features star heroine Pooja Hegde. The energetic dance number, titled ‘Monica,’ will be released on July 11 at 6 PM, according to the latest update. The promo was unveiled a while ago and promises Anirudh’s signature electrifying beats.
The biggie also features Aamir Khan, Nagarjuna, Upendra, Sathyaraj, Soubin Shahir, Shruti Haasan, and others in pivotal roles. Produced by Sun Pictures, the film is expected to become the first Rs. 1000 crore grosser for Kollywood. Whether or not Coolie achieves this feat remains to be seen.
