Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan pleasantly surprised his Telugu, Tamil, and Marathi fans on Friday afternoon. The 82-year-old stalwart took to X and penned three posts in Telugu, Tamil, and Marathi.
The Telugu post shared by Amitabh translates to, “Prayers: Stay healthy always, be free from illness, and live in prosperity.” Amitabh also added an Om, praying hands, and a temple emoji at the end of his tweet. The Kalki actor also greeted his Tamil and Malayalam fans by wishing them good health.
However, no one has any clue why Amitabh tweeted in the above three languages all of a sudden. Some overenthusiastic fans are linking Amitabh’s tweets in regional languages with the ongoing debates on Hindi imposition in the south.
On the work front, Big B was last seen in Kollywood Superstar Rajinikanth’s Vettaiyaan last year and Aankhein 2 in April this year. The legendary thespian will soon return to host the 17th edition of the iconic game show, Kaun Banega Crorepati.
