Bollywood Megastar Salman Khan recently delivered a dud with Sikandar, which was released for Eid. The film received heavy criticism for its outdated screenplay. While fans are yet to recover from the disappointment, Salman shocked them by associating with Apoorva Lakhia.
The director made Zanjeer with Ram Charan, and he mostly delivered flops in his career. Meanwhile, Salman Khan has started holding discussions with Malayalam director Mahesh Narayanan, who made films like Take Off, CU Soon, and Malik. He reportedly held talks with Salman in Mumbai for a large-scale action thriller.
A report in Peeping Moon mentioned, “While the discussions are still at a preliminary stage, Salman is believed to be intrigued by the story’s premise and has expressed interest in hearing a full script narration in the coming months. Salman’s sister, Alvira Khan Agnihotri, will produce it under her and her husband Atul Agnihotri’s banner, Reel Life Productions.”
Meanwhile, Salman is set to commence shooting for Apoorva’s film from July. The movie is based on the 2020 Galwan Valley conflict. Salman plays Colonel B. Santosh Babu, who was martyred while confronting the Chinese troops. The biggie is targeting a release in 2026.
