Amitabh Bachchan is known to be a pro when it comes to real estate and planning. He has reportedly closed a massive real estate deal, selling two luxury apartments in Mumbai’s Goregaon East for an impressive ₹12 crore.

The properties, located on the 47th floor of the premium Oberoi Exquisite building, were originally purchased for three crore each in 2012.

This sale has earned Bachchan an estimated 47% profit on his initial investment, reflecting his planning and power to see the growth of real estate.

Dulquer Salmaan’s period drama Kaantha, set against the film industry backdrop, is gearing up to hit the big screens on November 14 in multiple languages. The promotional content released to date is impressive, and Selvamani Selvaraj is the director for this flick.

To avoid the last-minute rush, the film has already completed the censor formalities with a U/A 13+ certificate. The approved runtime is 163 minutes (2 hours and 43 minutes). The theatrical trailer will be unveiled tomorrow, and the makers have planned two events in Chennai and Hyderabad for the same.

Kaantha is being produced on a grand scale by Rana Daggubati, Dulquer Salmaan, Prashanth Potluri, and Jom Varghese under the banners of Spirit Media Pvt. Ltd. and Wayfarer Films Pvt. Ltd. Samuthirakani plays a key role, while Bhagyashri Borse is the heroine. Jhanu Chanthar has composed the music for the film. Apart from producing, Rana will also appear in the film.
