Ravi Teja’s Mass Jathara is gearing up for a grand release on October 31. Directed by debutant Bhanu Bhogavarapu and produced by Naga Vamsi under Sithara Entertainments, the film features Sreeleela as the female lead. The team has begun promotions through special interviews.
Earlier, Ravi Teja mentioned that Twitter is often filled with negativity. Now, he’s made another bold comment grabbing attention. “These Twitter intellectuals don’t go to theatres at all. People won’t watch me in a film like Geethanjali. Whenever a sincere attempt was made, those films weren’t encouraged,” said Ravi Teja.
He further added, “No matter what we do, they (Twitter people) will keep commenting. They say I keep doing the same kind of films, but people are watching them. Making commercial films isn’t easy. It needs a proper meter. The pandemic changed the mindset of some people who consumed OTT content. But they are few in number and they don’t come to theatres.”
