Energetic star Ram Pothineni will next be seen in the film Andhra King Taluka. Directed by Mahesh Babu P of Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty fame, the movie explores the life of a movie superstar’s die-hard fan. Bhagyashri Borse plays the female lead.
In a promotional interview, Ram revealed the reason behind doing Andhra King Taluka. “Films lately have become more gory. Even I’ve done such movies in the name of mass appeal, but I felt it was getting too extreme. So, I wanted to do a pleasant and peaceful film with beautiful visuals and emotions,” stated Ram.
Kannada star Upendra appears in a prominent role. Backed by Tollywood’s top production house Mythri Movie Makers, the film marks the Tollywood debut of musical duo Vivek & Mervin. Andhra King Taluka releases on November 28, 2025.
