Vijay Deverakonda's Liger

Vijay Deverakonda’s PAN Indian film Liger was released in theaters on the 25th of August. The film opened to negative reviews all over. But that didn’t stop the film from registering good collections.

The film has collected close to 70 crores gross worldwide and it made a distributor share of Rs 31 crores. The film has amassed nearly 20 crores net from the Hindi circuits. This clearly shows the star power and crowd pulling capacity of Vijay Deverakonda despite having disaster talk.

Had the film got decent to good talk it would have surely created havoc and rage at the Indian box office. Nonetheless the craze and box-office stamina of Vijay was once again witnessed. All that Vijay needs now is a good film to bounce back.

The actor already shifted his focus onto his next film, Kushi which has Samantha in the female lead role. This film is currently in production phase. Vijay is also in talks for a few more interesting projects.
