Role & responsibilities :-
Responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our YouTube presence.
Good knowledge of Rights Management in YouTube CMS.
Upload videos to the YouTube channels with attractive thumbnails, ensuring videos are properly formatted, titled, tagged, and described.
Plan video release schedules and coordinate content calendars.
Optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags for search engine visibility and audience engagement.
Analyze YouTube analytics to track key performance metrics.
Stay updated on YouTube policies and regulations.
Proven experience in YouTube content management or digital media.
Handle negative feedback, copyright issues, or other crises effectively.
Implement and optimize monetization options, including ads and sponsorships.
Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
Basic video editing skills to make minor edits or adjustments to videos, if necessary.
Write, edit, and publish engaging posts for various social networks, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audiences behaviors.
Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates).
Apply advertising techniques to boost brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
Formulate a cross-platform content strategy.
Adept at keyword placement and SEO best practices.
Use target keywords to write search-engine copy that is optimized for search engines (SEO) while remaining entertaining and informative
