Megapower Star Ram Charan is currently busy shooting for his upcoming project, Peddi. The rural action drama is currently being filmed in Pune. The movie is directed by Buchi Babu Sana of Uppena fame, with Janhvi Kapoor playing the female lead.
Apart from Peddi, the star actor signed another project which will be directed by Sukumar. According to the latest buzz in film circles, Ram Charan and Sukumar’s project is likely to go on floors in February 2026. Reports suggest that the shoot of Peddi will continue till January 2026, after which Charan will move on to Sukumar’s film.
Charan and Sukumar’s first outing, Rangasthalam, was a non-Baahubali industry hit back then and is widely regarded as one of the best films to have come out from Tollywood. Naturally, expectations are sky-high for the duo’s second project. Devi Sri Prasad will compose the music.
