Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja’s next theatrical release is Mass Jathara. Directed by Samajavaragamana writer Bhanu Bhogavarapu, the movie features Sreeleela as the female lead. The film was announced for an August 27 release, but over the past few days, there have been speculations about its postponement.
Rumors had it that the shooting was still pending due to the ongoing Tollywood strike. The makers haven’t dismissed these rumors, adding fuel to the fire. Since promotions haven’t commenced, many have concluded that the mass entertainer would likely be shifted to a new date.
However, fresh rumors have surfaced on social media stating that the makers are sticking to the scheduled release. It is said that producer Naga Vamsi informed distributors to lock theatres, stating that the film will release on time.
If Mass Jathara releases as scheduled, do the makers have enough time to reach the audience? Will the lack of proper mass entertainers in recent times work in favor of the Ravi Teja starrer? That remains to be seen.
