After facing a huge setback with Brahmotsavam, Srikanth Addala proved his mettle with Narappa, the Telugu remake of Asuran. However, the director suffered another jolt with Peddha Kapu, an ambitious rural action drama made on a massive budget. The film failed to pique the audience’s interest and ended up as a debacle.
A recent media report suggests an unexpected move by Srikanth Addala. Accordingly, the director is said to be planning his comeback with Kiran Abbavaram. The young actor is believed to have greenlit the project. Srikanth Addala is currently working on the final script.
What’s more interesting is that Rana Daggubati will likely be one of the producers for this project, according to the report. However, an official confirmation is awaited. At the moment, Kiran is working on K-Ramp, a youthful romantic entertainer directed by debutant Jains Nani.
