Dhanush took to Instagram and shared a few pictures from the ceremony and also captioned them “Proud parents,” followed by red hearts.
Mutual fans of Dhanush and Aishwarya are overjoyed to see the ex-couple coming together to make their son’s special day even more memorable. Dhanush and Aishwarya fell in love and tied the knot with each other on November 18, 2004. However, breaking everyone’s heart, they announced their split on January 17, 2022. The ex-couple was granted a divorce in November 2024, after 18 years of marriage. Dhanush and Aishwarya also have a son named Lingaa.
On the work front, Aishwarya’s last directorial, Lal Salaam, featuring her father, superstar Rajinikanth, in a special role, is finally set for its digital premiere on SUN NXT from June 6, on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha. On the other hand, Dhanush’s Kuberaa is gearing up for its theatrical release on June 20, while his upcoming directorial, Idly Kadai, is slated for release on October 1, 2025.
