Vishwambhara is the next major release from Megastar Chiranjeevi, and expectations are sky-high. This Telugu socio-fantasy film is directed by Vassishta Mallidi, with Trisha Krishnan playing the female lead.
Ashika Ranganath plays a significant role and recently shared some exciting details about her character and experience on set. She revealed that she’s portraying a warrior princess in the film.
“It’s my first time working with a blue/green matte setup. On a physical set, you can feel the environment—but here, I had no idea what the background would look like. It was challenging, but Chiranjeevi sir made everything easier. He’s very knowledgeable and up-to-date, and he helped us understand how each scene would be visualized,” she said.
Joining Chiranjeevi, Trisha, and Ashika in the cast are Kunal Kapoor, Ramya Pasupuleti, Esha Chawla, and Ashrita Vemuganti Nanduri in key roles. The film is being produced by UV Creations and is set to hit theaters soon.
Adding to the buzz, music legend MM Keeravaani has composed the score for the film. Meanwhile, producer Vikram Reddy is taking Vishwambhara to the global stage by unveiling a special book on the film at the ongoing Cannes 2025 festival.
