Ambajipeta Marriage Band, starring Suhas and debutant Shivani Nagaram in the lead roles, opened to positive reviews from critics. The team went ahead with paid premiers on Thursday as they were very confident in the output. The social drama marked the directorial debut of Dushyanth Katikaneni.
The makers have announced that the film grossed over 2.28 crores at the global box office on its opening day. This is a fair opening for a film having no stars. Ambajipeta Marriage Band is expected to perform well today and tomorrow, as word of mouth is encouraging. Saranya Pradeep played the sister of Suhas, and they both are receiving compliments from all corners for their solid performances.
The movie also features Jagadish, Nithin Prasanna, Goparaju Ramana, and others in pivotal roles. Produced by Dheeraj Mogilineni and presented by Bunny Vas and director Venkatesh Maha, the film has its music by Sekhar Chandra.
